Red super cars, it seems, are all the hype these days. A couple of days ago we brought you pictures of a red Aston Martin One-77 looking sharp in this common, yet unusual-for-a-high-end-car. Now check out this red BMW i8. Looks great, doesn’t it?
The i8 is like the last car you would think of painting in a vibrant, lively color. The car just looks too damn serious to pull off anything other than sober colors like grey and black. And yet we have already seen a great number of them sporting interesting colors like green and yellow and orange, and they all look good. This red BMW i8 though, it has to be said, manages to strike a nice balance between looking fascinating and maintaining the car’s business-like attitude. It is a good compromise.
